Having led staffing companies through rapid growth, acquisition, and exit, Lee is deeply engaged in working with our new and existing clients to solve their complex staffing concerns. Previously voted to Staffing Industry Top 100 leaders and Dallas Most Influential Business Leaders, Lee has presented at national events and conferences.

Rosanne leads the sales team and operations team to develop and execute strategies that deliver exceptional client service and candidate experience. Rosanne works with her team to create strong client parternships in order to craft solutions that help clients meet their objectives. Rosanne has over 20 years experience in staffing and workforce solutions.

Andres serves as the Vice President of Strategic Business at Sentech Services, where he oversees the company’s largest strategic client. With his engineering and staffing background, he plays a major role in operating and growing the Sentech’s light industrial vertical. Through his commitment to this role and six years in the staffing industry, he has helped Sentech build on site teams in 8 states and 10 different locations in the U.S.
