Employee Screening
Sentech offers exceptional employee screening to provide Clients with top notch employees.
3 Step Screening Process Industrial and Office Applicants are tested for reliability, ability to follow instructions and timeliness by our 3-Step Process. They are scheduled to complete three visits to our office before they are eligible to work at your facility. These visits include: Application, Interview and Pre-Assignment Instructions.
Interview Process Sentech conducts interviews with all applicants to determine work history, skills and personality. Each candidate is rated on this criteria. Those that fail to reach Sentech’s high level of standards are ruled out for Client positions.
Social Security Verification All applicants Social Security numbers are verified directly by the United States Social Security Office prior to placement.
Criminal Background Checks Local and national searches. Sentech incurs the cost to ensure that no violent felonies are placed at our clients facilities. We offer additional criminal and drivers license screening per client request.
Aptitude and Personality Testing Sentech offers skill, aptitude and personality testing per client request.
Drug Testing & Physicals All Industrial employees are tested and are drug free prior to placement at Clients’ facility. Additional drug testing and physicals are conducted per client request. |
